I was suppose to have a appointment at 10. Didn’t get seen until almost 11. Doctor was very rude
Had to go here for a DOT physical for work. The Doctor told me because my BMI is 35.7 I have to come back in 3 months and take it again. (According to the Doctor the DOT law for my size is no more than 35) I than called the federal DOT office in Ames, IA and they said there are no such BMI standards. Back in 2014 a BMI chart that was supposed to become a law had been sent out as a guide, but it never got passed. Now it should just be the doctors recommendation. Dr. Hong is great and cares about his patients.
I'm not sure what the other guy with one star is talking about. This clinic has no ER. This Family Medicine place is great. Friendly staff. Dr. Hong is awesome.
