There's some ladies that pick up the phone for appointments and are very rude when ask for patients info I get they have bad days and shit but still we the patients don't have the fault in that
i took my little brother to get a filling today. they said the cavity was on a baby tooth so they will just extract it instead of doing a filling. i asked the assistant which tooth they are extracting, she was very unhelpful and would not show me exactly which took which was my first red flag. then they numbed my brother for not even five minutes and already started to take the tooth out. he immediately starting crying and screaming, lifting his hand up. the assistant asked me to hold his hands to keep it down. so i did. but... read more
Horrible customer service
Expect to wait up to an hour after scheduled appointment time.
Dr. Peterson is an amazing doctor and makes everything very clear and easy. He is patient and answers any questions I have and is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. Beyond that, the team in the clinic is very friendly and knowledgeable makes for a comforting environment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
