My insurance gave me a dr. Here this is not who I wanted and for good reason. I have a newborn and they will not schedule me to be seen. Newborns are supposed to be seen right away to make sure baby is growing okay. I dont even know if my daughter got her birth weight back yet. I've called and they told me there is nothing they can do and no appointments till October while my daughter was born Aug 6th. There's some ladies that pick up the phone for appointments and are very rude when ask for patients info I get they have bad days and shit but still we the patients don't have the fault in that

i took my little brother to get a filling today. they said the cavity was on a baby tooth so they will just extract it instead of doing a filling. i asked the assistant which tooth they are extracting, she was very unhelpful and would not show me exactly which took which was my first red flag. then they numbed my brother for not even five minutes and already started to take the tooth out. he immediately starting crying and screaming, lifting his hand up. the assistant asked me to hold his hands to keep it down. so i did. but... read more
