My son has been a patient at UIC pediatric dentistry for a year. Last year we had 4 teeth extraction under sedation. The doctor who gave me referral to UIC told me that I should go in person. It is extremely low chance to get in touch with schedule department via phone. I took a referral and went to UIC. I got an appointment for the next day. Have been trying for days to call and reschedule an appointment and each time I've been on hold for HOURS today I called at 830 right when they opened and I'm still on hold
