I have been calling for over 4 months to try and get an appointment with oral surgery. My dentist has faxed my referral twice now. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages. I am in excruciating pain and am left to suffer because no one will return my calls and no one will ever answer the phones!!!! I'm probably going to die from all the infections in my teeth not that this place cares!
I am undergoing extensive oral reconstruction and believe me it is not fun! BUT So far from the receptionists to the professors I am Thrilled. Every one has been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Now for Dr. Diana Cuesta, She is very skilled, compassionate, thorough, meticulous, and mostly, in this career for the joy of helping people regain their confidence through a wonderful pain free smile. It' very nice, fully academic environment. Hopefully, I will be a student here.
The service was great the student I had went step by step of what we're my choices and when I decided to just extract my tooth she took me to The 3rd floor to make appointment, when the day came I had just not 1 student I had 2 students I was a little bit nervous but they re-sure me that's everything was going to be fine before I know it my tooth was our but the professor had to take it out because my tooth didn't want to come out lol but in overall the service was good. I will be back to finish my Dental work there.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. INice and clean professional environment. Scheduling appointments is easy. Not to long to wait for appointments.
