Overall a great place to live for my last year at UH! I made a short tour video of my apartment on YT, so here's my added list of pros and cons. Hello! I used to live here and let me just say not great! I lived at rise for two years and only now they are lowering prices because of how terribly expensive they are for the rooms they have!! I have a friend who wanted to transfer into a new room with a lower rate and has been living here since its open AND THEY TOLD HER NO because they already signed their room agreement for their old room MIND YOU A SINGLE IS CHEAPER THAN THEIR DOUBLE THIS YEAR!! so yeah if youre looking for a good place go to Hale Mahana or Hale Haukan... read more
