UF is the best, and the Springs Residential Complex is in excellent condition. We are very happy that my daughter chose this dorm.
Great dorm, biggest closets on campus, shared bathroom with only 3 other people, pretty quiet, far from main campus but with a bike or scooter highly manageable. Would say I know the campus better because of the commute and nice scenery on the way to classes too. Also right across from Frat Row parking lot (all Red / any permit) which was really convenient.
