The students did a pretty good job . Money wise charged very close to going to dentist in my area..Gas cost to go there added up .so no savings. Administration is very different .always said they call you to reschedule not so.if I didn't call to get back in I never heard from them.
This was my UF Dental College experience as a patient of 3 years. The first 2 years were very smooth. Dental students Valledor & Vasconez worked closely together. And with the dental plan they created consecutively, we made great progress. What I really appreciated about Valledor & Vasconez is that they listened actively. As a patient in the dental student program my commute to the C.O.D was no less than 4 hours 1-way depending on my work location. Dumb! Dumb! Dumb!! The people who work in the dental department are the dumbest rudest people ever! You go in and 5 people tell you 12 different places to go and routes to take. When you get to one area an employee tells you to go to another spot. You get to that spot that employee sends you back to where you started and they can’t tell on the computer which location you are going to, just maybe half of the time they can find the name of doctor you are supposed to see!
