Terrible communication. First time went fine. Second removal resident refused to give me antibiotics I ended up at the er to get them. Then they didn't communicate that i would need .A script for valium that they were supposed to provide before my appoint ment. I arrived an hour early 12pm to be told by a nurse at 1240 they can't give me the pill til they get back from lunch. Get in at 115pm to be told they dont have the script. Most unorganized, flighty office I’ve ever attended. Granted their prices are cheaper, they refused to prime my IV and I was left with huge bubbles in it. I was terrified. Along with that, I waited well over 40 minutes for my appointment because some of the dental students were late. I will never go here again.
WARNING: The Oral Surgery Clinic, Clinic #8, will NOT diagnose or biopsy lesions in your jawbone or bone lymphomas if they are caused by toxic dental metals like nickel, beryllium and chromium dental alloys. Told me yesterday that they do NOT biopsy or treat jawbone lymphomas, PERIOD. Was referred to them by my regular dentist, who stated on referral slip that there are LESIONS in my jawbone, and a young radiology resident present agreed that that my most recent MRI at UConn showed jawbone lesions in my mandible, where I had... read more
