The staff was friendly, but the doctor exam was far from even being adequate. Didn't address half of my concerns or answer questions. I went in on a workmans comp injury. The front desk was friendly and swift, the gentleman that took my temp and blood pressure very friendly and courteous (even with dealing with other complaining people on the other side of the curtain) the doctor...awful. came in complaining of chest/rib pain, excruciating pain in my shoulder, neck pain, back spasms, migraine from my neck. this group have put me in a extremely tricky and dangerous situation. refusing refills with meds that were crucial in my treatment and making me wait weeks to see a specialist when I don’t have weeks. Hiding service care provider information and not allowing contact the actual “provider”. If you listen to these people and follow their loop of lies, they could kill you… then blame it on you. Then charge you.
I went into urgent care with a painful muscle spasm, and Dr. Mercer and her team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Not only did they treat me with care, but their kindness and vibrant personalities really brightened a tough situation. I’m so grateful for how much they genuinely cared.
8/25: urgent care clinic was easy to make an appointment, on time, staff was polite courteous and respectful, diagnosis and treatment was clear, concise and easy to understand. Top notch facility for the motorcycle rider who's just passing through.
Very long wait time for an active laceration. I did not see evidence of a triage system in place but once I got in, I received good care.
