Excellent doctors, but poor customer service. I've had several appointments with physicians at this hospital, including dermatologists, gynecologists, and optometrists. While I feel confident I'm getting excellent care, the customer service leaves something to be desired. There is always a long wait for the doctors, who seem overworked, so they sometimes rush through things. Competent Compassionate Care We have used Ingalls several times and I have not been dissappointed. I found the facility to be clean and very modern. The staff was very professional, yet still very compassionate and personable. I felt confident that we were getting excellent medical care. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait in the ER seemed a little long, but with all the Urgent Aid facilities they have opened, that problem seems to have improved greatly.
