Good and Bad Experience. Overall, my experience was nice. When I called, I was waited on promptly. When arriveing at the hospital, I was waited on promtly. Service was nice, overall. Postop was horrible. The nurse forgot about me and I could have gotten infected. Her Service was poor, I think, because she was extemely obese. This scared me because she could barely move and her breathing was extemely heavy. What if a life threatening situation occured? Could she handle it.? Excellent doctors, but poor customer service. I've had several appointments with physicians at this hospital, including dermatologists, gynecologists, and optometrists. While I feel confident I'm getting excellent care, the customer service leaves something to be desired. There is always a long wait for the doctors, who seem overworked, so they sometimes rush through things.
