Dr. Morrow is a terrible doctor. She is so nonchalant, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I came to urgent care with an issue that I needed treatment for 6 months prior. I asked her if I should be concerned that the issue came back and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "it just happens". What kind of response is that from a supposed medical professional. Jackie B. drew my blood here, and from the start she was incredibly enthusiastic, supportive, and professional. I’ve visited this location several times for lab services, and every experience has been excellent. The wait times are short, the process is smooth, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They truly make each visit easy and stress-free. Consistently great care and service—I highly recommend this location for reliable lab services!
Called multiple times in regards to a referral for home care due to current circumstances for my mom. Both times was met with unhelpful individuals who clearly lack empathy and listening skills and instead preferred to tell me she has to come in to be seen. When working in this setting I would assume these people would have actual social skills that warrant giving resources or additional support. I had a frankly awful, discouraging & highly disappointing experience with Dr. Christen Morrow. From the start, she came across as indifferent, cold and extremely dismissive of my concerns. I did not feel listened to or taken seriously, which is especially upsetting in an emergency setting when you’re already feeling vulnerable.
