This is not a traditional immediate/urgent care facility. It would best to label it as an ER instead of an Urgent Aid facility. I realized this after checking in and then seeing other patients being issued wrist bands. After, checking Google reviews my suspicions were confirmed. I went back to the registration desk and they too confirmed they bill this as an ER visit. If you have a child, make the trip to Comer or Lurie's because this location functions as an ER. This place is the absolute worst I mean worst you would think by it being in flossmoor you’ll have at least some kind of good care, I came here a month ago bc my daughter was sick they had nowhere to sit the line was out the door the rude azz short hair lady at the front told everyone sit down I’ll call who ever next like huh really.
