I called to make an appointment after going through my insurance to find in-network care. I requested a callback through their answering machine at 2pm. By 3:30 after not receiving a call back, I called again. When I finally reached the department I needed they said they needed to check my insurance. I let them know I found this provider through my insurance. They transferred me anyway. Then when at the insurance department, my phone call was answered and hung up on with no person speaking to me.
