Cancer was not on my mind at age 70. But I was sent to University of Arizona Cancer Center, so I'm starting off in the right place. When I say everyone, I mean it. Everyone treats you like you're the most important person on the planet. And that's a good thing, since you're already walking around with a cancer diagnosis. But when I left, I had a plan and was moving forward instead of being in a fog. And that's the point, getting focused.
The facility has been accommodating, respectful and overall easy to work with through such an unknown time.
Dr Mohammad Fazel is an outstanding physician, an expert in his field and very compassionate.
The nurses in infusion are awesome
