I honestly feel like receptionist and nurses are really nice, but the wait and welcoming is so unprofessional by the doctors. They have no problem making you feel beneath them. I have been with the same clinic and doctor MD for years. She's never inviting, never smiling, never friendly. Just a clear nonchalant attitude. Doctors are great, & nurses are incredibly sweet, but every single appointment I have had is an hour (or more!) later than the actual scheduled appointment time. They overbook patients and let those that arrive late cut in front of others who are on time, pushing everyone else back at their expense. Very unprofessional.

You get put on hold for a really long time and it's almost impossible to get an appointment even if it's a week or even two in advance. You have to schedule atleast 2-4 weeks in advance to be seen. And usually it's closer to three weeks in advance. If you have a full time job....good luck their hours are from 8:30-4:30 (unlike what it says online) and their appointments go quick and they aren't open on Saturdays.
