I had a very poor patient experience. I have always chosen WVU and generally have a high level of trust in WVU providers, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I saw Dr. Hayes for a condition that ultimately requires surgery. I was asked to complete blood work despite having had the same tests done by my primary care provider just one month prior. Korie is amazing the Pri authorization team no. If they don't agree with the prescription wrote to you they will make sure that it's not covered. I know because this is my 3rd time trying to get a pa and the exact words to me were your not going to get it covered for this reason. My insurance has called my pharmacy has called and always the end of the day you will have it . So you might wanna be prepared to pay out of pocket

As a patient advocate for a family member, I would give this clinic zero stars. This clinic is understaffed and lacks adequate medical talent to provide satisfactory health care. 1. Support staff needs HIPAA and people skills training. 2. Lost paperwork and no accountability for it. 3. Your phone calls are disconnected many times. Call backs to your voicemails are sometimes never returned at all. 4. Schedules for services such as surgery can take six months to get and MRI/Scans are backed up for weeks. 5.
