As a patient advocate for a family member, I would give this clinic zero stars. This clinic is understaffed and lacks adequate medical talent to provide satisfactory health care. 1. Support staff needs HIPAA and people skills training. 2. Lost paperwork and no accountability for it. 3. Your phone calls are disconnected many times. Call backs to your voicemails are sometimes never returned at all. 4. Schedules for services such as surgery can take six months to get and MRI/Scans are backed up for weeks. 5. Worst drs office I have ever been to and they expect us to trust something as serious as caring for a baby with them . They list their minds they left me in a room for 2 hours hooked up to monitors because they forgot about me I was only supposed to be on them for 20 minutes. I will never see hungerford again she couldn’t even get dates right and thought it was February. I’ve never been so upset I wish there was someone there I could have expressed my frustration to.
I have been going here for a year now and the nurses and the ladies at the front desk are so nice! I have been going to Dr. Beavers and she is amazing! She takes the time to listen and go over any questions or concerns I have!
I felt rushed and not listened to at all. I have been coming here for 4 years and i should’ve switched a long time ago. All the good doctors keep leaving. I was denied a routine procedure due to insurance fluctuations( i planned to pay out of pocket, it was a necessary procedure) and my concerns were brushed to the side. It was a 5 minute appointment, if that. I switched to a new place and i am THRILLED with my care now.
