Hello! I have been reading the reviews for University Oaks and am pleased with the positive comments. Though not yet a Sarasota resident, Maryse has offerred to meet me to discuss One Stop Housing options in July. I am most encouraged by this, and look forward to being in Sarasota. What a wonderful find! These apartments are so well kept, the grounds are nice, the area is quiet, peaceful and clean. The PM, Maryse, is incredible! She will go above and beyond to get things done and take care of tenants. She made our transition seamless and easier than I ever expected. So happy we found University Oaks!
I can't say enough positive things about Maryse, the property manager of this apartment complex. She is incredibly responsive, always addressing any issues or concerns with promptness and professionalism. Maryse goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are taken care of and that any maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
