I was left to sort out my situation. The office manager lady was unprofessional and couldn't have done any less to sort out my problem with their paperwork. I don't work there, it's not my job, it's your job. The level of incompetence is staggering. As a vet being sent over by the VA I was expecting to be treated well. If I could give a worse review of this office staff I would give a zero! For someone with Stage 3 melanoma this staff could care less. Mistakes and total incompetency! If you have any other options take it. I could go on for days how this office has been incompetent. One staff member asked me for my diagnosis and didnt know how to spell malignant melanoma!!!!! Are you serious? They repeatedly spelled my name wrong. They sent referrals with my name spelled wrong. They didnt send the clinical paperwork to my insurance to get a... read more
