Referral was sent on 8-20. We have not received a call or any correspondence to schedule an appointment. Attempts to contact them by phone have been unsuccessful. After approximately 15 attempts we have yet to speak to anyone.. at all. 58 mins on hold, disconnected. 45 minutes on hold, disconnected. Meanwhile the cancer is growing and slowly killing my Mother. We have requested a referral be sent somewhere else and are very dissatisfied with the whole process.
Dr.baynosa very professional and compassionate,she is very thorough regarding my healthcare and explains everything in detail and provides options to my current health issue.Her office staff are also very professional and friendly.
An absolute terrible experience and I will never be back to this doctor again. I was seen in such a rush. All other staff,Assistant and student came in and were nice but the doctor however was not. She came in, did not even introduce herself or review the case and just immediately started spewing why I should not have even been here and how my case is just a lump and follow the radiologist suggestion. I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Baynosa. She is an excellent surgeon and doctor.
My Dr sent a referral over to this place and they said they are not sure who forget to add it to the system to be reviewed over 2 weeks never heard from this place
