I do not trust any prescriber from Elissa Palmer’s office. Ever since September 26, 2023 when office manager Mahasin called me in the evening and Mahasin said it takes two weeks from September 26, 2023 for Dr Palmer to be discharged due to her hand accident. However about six months has passed but no response From Elissa Palmer’s office. Elissa Palmer my new primary doctor from 1/24/23, knows everything about my health history. I advised my low back spine etc. I hurt my low back spine fall off step stone on Nov 16 2022 Spring Valley Hospital. Man nurse Paulo and Dr. Leila Khalili treated me very poorly and break out each pill out of the packages and bloody pressure over 200, 190, went down 164. Nov 17 2022 they let me go w/o medicine and wheelchair. I ate the pills the foods, waters, juices. As a result, my stool is rabbit pellet shaped like red bean sized. ... read more

I was researching providers when I found Dr. Elissa Palmer. When I called to make an appointment I was told she had to be listed as my PCP with my insurance to be seen (even tho my insurance does not require a PCP to be seen) so I called to do that. When I called to make an appointment, I called 3 days in a row with no call back. I finally got ahold of them today 2/25/21 and was told by a rude man that answered that they weren’t taking new patients for 3 months, I was not told that when I called before or I would not have ch... read more
