Prompt evaluation and courteous staff. Dr. Washington was friendly and helpful in explaining the data and exam.
Very nasty rude attitude over the phone and not helpful at all
My husband was admitted through the ER due to a cervical injury which ultimately required surgery. The nurses and physicians who saw him in the ER were professional and friendly. We were informed as the stay progressed into admissions and testing and transferring into NSICU. The staff in NSICU were great! Friendly/pleasant and professional both prior to my husbands surgery and post op care. Where the issue comes in at is regarding the physician(s).
