Dr Taggard and staff were amazing. I had emergency surgery and was blessed that he was on call. Microdisectomy with immediate results. Tabitha his nurse at the office was so kind, caring and compassionate. Would recommend him to anyone!!!
I went to this see a physician assistant on January 11, 2019. I was told that my pain, numbness, and pins and needles in my left leg wasnt supported by the mri. I have been through physical therapy, injections in my back and have gotten no relief. Just medical bills that I couldn't pay. I have been dealing with this since 2015. I was given no physical exam nothing. I sat in a chair and was told there was nothing they could do. My appointment was at 10:00 and I didnt get out of their office until almost 11:30. Ian Johnson did my surgery 3 years amazing surgeon, everything was great.... well i fell and i have to have the same surgery, my bad for falling. Besides that he is my surgeon again,and will have a surgery soon i wouldn't have it any other way, the staff is accommodating the physicians are great as are the nurses. If you are given the opportunity to work with these amazing to get the help or therapy you need go there. A few years later my back is great !!! December 2014 Dr. Johnson did a micro discectomy was pain free. He went on vacation the following week for a month. No follow up calls no future apt. nothing. Year later pain was back went to see him, unavailable. His staff realized they never followed up or put me in physical therapy. Was consulted by unprofessional staff no greeting nor introduction to who he was. He sent me to PT didn't help much but rack up over $1500 of unaffordable bills and lost time of work.
Dr ian johnson did a perfect surgery for me. My only complaint. Dr johnson not being available for a visit after surgery. And the lack of people skills of his P.A.
