Facility was amazing and the staff were fabulous. But the doctor we spoke with was dismissive of the patient's pain, contradictory in his explanations, and seemed intent on telling us what we couldn't do, rather than working with us to seek solutions for our problem. The feeling we left with was one of hopelessness, frustration, and not feeling heard by this physician. We expected more, and we expected better from UNMC.
