I was referred to University MRI by my PCP. I got a breast ultrasound on 7/31, and got a phone call from Dr, Schmidt, today (all good!) Everyone at this location is friendly, and professional, and the environment is clean, and comfortable.
After 1 month they never read the mri or sent it to my doctor. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never use again. Tell your doctors to never send there !!!!
Extremely disappointed with university mri. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I had called to make sure i could pick up my wife’s ultrasound cd. She informed me it would cost me $10. I drive 45 minutes to their location and was told she couldn’t release it to me because of some hipa law. Why couldn’t she have told me that before driving 45 minutes to go pick it up? Please do not visit this office for your radiology needs. My primary doctor's office and I have both called multiple times to identify the delay in reading my CT scan results and to find a way to somehow receive my results. During my most recent phone call, the employee I spoke to was indifferent, cold, and callous regarding my request to receive my CT scan results in a timely manner.
