I had a great experience with these guys. Michael and Susan were efficient and responsive whenever I had questions or paperwork to deal with. Bruce and his crew showed up on time, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. On the other end, the delivery guys were early! Yes, early! Very nice also, and got done really quickly. The whole thing was hassle free and super easy as far as moving experiences go. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I'll use these guys again.
Having used moving companies other than University Moving & Storage my wife I had come to expect mediocre results at best. This was my first experience with University Moving & Storage and I was blown away! The salesperson who gave me my quote was pretty much right on the money with his time estimate for the job, and they were more reasonable than I expected, even for my 6 mile door to door local move. They can and do national moves, but they still beet the local guys on a truck for pricing and professionalism. The team were great, courteous, and efficient, and they kept offering to do as much or as little as I wanted them to do.
