I am so glad we chose university movers to move us from Michigan to Calgary. We where really worried about our move but it was so smooth. The entire staff who handled our move are so professional. Even though we had to store our belongings for a month everything arrived And in one piece. I was worried because I had read a lot of unpleasant experiences from people we moved. In giving this rating I think it was probably 2 things, the driver and the coordinator. They did a great job at communicating and keeping me informed. They did a great job at working together. Over all, it was very good. The guy that did the estimate was very personable and very professional. He did a good job as far as I know. He did better than his competition.

I moved from Grand Rapids to Columbus for work and they made the experience very smooth and painless. I was concerned because all of the competitors only offered a 2 week delivery window and I didn't want to wait that long after arrival for my furniture. University was able to deliver within two days of me arriving. Everything arrived as sent. Furthermore, the price was very competitive to all of my other quotes. This was my seventh or eighth long distance (from overseas) move and definitely the best. University Moving didn't handle the packing end in the UK, but they did a superb job with the unpacking here in Michigan. The crew, Daryl, Rob and John, were all professional and courteous, going above and beyond. There was one minor damaged item and that was handled brilliantly, and immediately, by Brad. Fantastic service! From the estimate, to move date, to actual move. The crew sent was top drawer and very accomodating to some of my needs! They made light work of moving an organ and a piano from several stories! Clean, quick, and professional. I would use University moving again and highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service. Had a very difficult move from a home to a condo on the 3rd floor. Some of the furniture had to be walked up 3 flights of stairs because it would not fit in the elevator. They worked so hard and were so careful. Doors were wrapped with blankets to protect them. Floors were covered to prevent dirt and soiling. I would highly recommend.
