I'm was in the process of buying a car from Mickel Fernandes. The car broke down before 2 months was even up. He was supposed to look at the car but lied about that. The tire rods on the car were horrible as well as the transmission and motor. I have small children who are on disability and we can't even make it to our appointments anymore because he lied and jipped me out of my money. I didn't get to choose what I wanted. Was looking at a vehicle on 02/21/2025 had money in hand to purchase vehicle. When my child's father begin to question the gentleman on the oil inside of the vehicle due to the vehicle oil light being on, the gentleman became very defensive told us "don't buy it then" when we ask why so much oil was in the car... he then proceeded to argue and threatened by child's father. My mother had a flat right in front of universal motors establishment, 5 men were standing at the end of the road watching and 18wheeler burn I asked them for help to fix her flat and they all said no and walked away. If they won't help the public with a flat tire I wouldn't dare buy a vehicle from them.
