After 15 + years of being faithful clients of University Motors they will no longer have us for clients. Today was the 3rd time of not completing service we had an appt. for. This time the appt. was made Monday of last week for service this Wednesday. The car was dropped off last night as we usually do, giving them all day to complete a simple oil change that we had to wait 10 days for. After no call by 4:30 my husband called and was told we couldn't expect same day service - they were too busy. So apparently no one bother... read more

We were camping at Hueston Woods when our truck developed a fuel leak. Park personnel recommended University Motors. We arrived without an appointment, but the manager, Tracy, assured us that he would work us into the schedule. To our surprise a technician came to our truck, still in the parking lot, and identified the problem. The technician, Dustin, is very talented and repaired the problem within thirty minutes.
