The treatment by the nurses in triage is the worst. Daughters first baby and we are here high risk and they are rude and have no idea she was even told to be here. They took her in had her change to pee and then had her get dressed and put her in waiting room They moved us to a farther away waiting room
Terrible communication, called to confirm which location to be at for my appointment and was told turkey creek, I also had multiple text messages saying my appointment was at turkey creek. When I arrive early to my appointment they tell me it's actually downtown and they can't take me now and I have to reschedule. 2 stars instead of one because I can't speak on their care, because I was never able to be seen
Danna was amazing during my labor and birth. She is extremely knowledgeable and advocates for her patients. I fully believe she is a huge part of the reason I had a successful unmedicated birth. She has incredible instincts and trusted those in tough clinical moments. I had a great experience during pregnancy in clinic with all the midwives as well. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys!
I have had 2 natural unmedicated births through the university midwives and will continue to go this route with my next kids. The midwives were all great and really care about their patients! And My nurse Savanna who works for UT medical center is always the most wonderful support as well. 🩷🩷
My baby was born 2 weeks ago at UT with the midwives . From my very first appt to the delivery of my baby I had a really good experience. During my appts I mostly saw Sara M , Sara W and Danna. They were all amazing and very informative when I had questions and concerns . I also love Mary (one of the nurse at their office ) she was always so kind . I had a natural birth/no epidural.
