Dr. Teraguchi is amazing, knowledgeable and caring, we have found our San Antonio doctor for sure.
They are a bunch of crooks. They charged me for a full medical visit when I went in for an annual visit and they gave me no medical treatment. They didn’t even give me an annual physical because they do not do medical labs at this location. It is a waste of time and money
I had a referral appointment with this office 01/07/25 , a new provider. My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 A.M. & I didn't get called back until 40mins later, that's one complaint. Secondly, when the doctor does call me back she doesn't ask me to get in the bed, doesn't ask to take a look at the area of complaint that I am asking a referral to a specialist for, doesn't check my heart or breathing, just blood pressure, then states it will be a new patient visit today, when initially I was told it was a referral appointmen... read more
The staff are very friendly and professional, Especially Cindy at the front desk. NP Jenna is very gentle with my daughter who is terrified of needles and made the process of Flu shots much better. Dr George is busy but my appointment did not feel rushed and I felt heard and cared for. She carefully considered each of my issues and provided excellent options for treatment. My family and I are blessed and grateful to be patients here.
If I could give 10 stars I would for the exemplary LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM of Dr. George and her staff, Jenna, Alyssa and Cindy! I've been blessed by the consistency of these pros to teach me how to care for my body and to reach out to them when needed. Dr. George is a true advocate for health and her friendly demeanor even comes through on the portal messages. She is quick to answer and to question. Her directness has been the key to my success.
