I have been rescheduled and scheduled for an entire year. First my January appointment moved to March then March appointment cancelled for May then May Appointment cancelled for September and now I just got a call it is cancelled again and moved to December. I had been holding on hope to finally be seen, but am giving up. Calling only gets you a "everyone is busy find someone else."
The lady who answers the phone is really rude, Also if you’re calling here they don’t accept out of pocket pay and Medical/Calviva. Just letting you know don’t waste you’re time. Receptionist out front needs to print out receipt.
Three times, they miscoded my appointment and referrals. Errors happen, but their unwillingness to get it fixed is very frustrating. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone, you better hope they follow through with what they said they were going to do. I should not have to pay for bloodwork to test for vitamin B and D when insurance covers those tests, and all they have to do is submit a form. They are either severely understaffed or they just don't care.
This place literally has me so frustrated I left in tears. They have cancelled and reschedule my appointments so many times and each time the cancel they bump my appointmentsmonths out! Today I finally get the results of a very important test I've been waiting for for months. ALL day today I kept getting text messages to pre check in for today's appt.
