I strongly do not recommend. I was with this doc for a few years and should have switched earlier. Takes weeks to refill prescriptions. 3-5 days just to get a call back when you inquire about prescription that pharmacy already requested. If you go - make sure you’re not assigned a resident as your PCP or your Dr will disappear and you will not be notified. Then you have to do another intake (despite having established care for years). And repeat.
