Whoever answer the phone sounds rude. I wish she provided better customer service.
This is only the second time in my life I have left a review anywhere, but this has gone on for months. I've had to call the Resident Clinic several times over the last year for my elderly Aunt. When the phone is answered by Amaris (that's the name she gave me), there is always a problem. She is rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. She speaks over you, interrupts you, doesn't listen to what you are asking, and then gets aggravated when you repeat yourself. Terrible customer service. Dr Krystel Feghali is a terrible endocrinologist. Clearly inexperienced. I would recommend switching doctors. If I could do lower stars, I would. Listen, if she gets recommended for you. You are welcomed to try her. You were forewarned.
