I just requested help getting records to a new specialist, and the medical records person was incredibly kind and helpful. They solved my issue in just a minute. Very impressive!
These people are inept and extremely rude and disrespectful...they constantly harass my parents for bills that have actually already been payed in full. There is never an apology or even a please and thank you...I guess that's America for you though. Nonetheless, this is unacceptable and disgraceful.
They sent me to collection because of their billing mistake,when i called to resolve it they had no record of it while i see it on Mychart. Embarrassing,can't wait till AI takes these peoples jobs.
This is borderline harassment at this point. They call me multiple times a week, leaving voicemails to call them back. I’ve done so 10+ and it’s always leave a message. YOU ARE CALLING ME. After repeated, automated calls with no clear message, after 5 days I finally got to speak with a human (well, of sorts). A surly and rude accounts department with an attitude bordering on a stereotypical debt collector. The operator in question, Shamika E. in billing, audibly muttered under her breath "Oh, my god {sigh}" when I asked clarifying questions about a bill they said I owed dating back 14 months that first came to my attention today.
