I have called the phone number for the Prisma InVio Health Network 3 times and begged for a return call. My disabled son is in need of hearing aides and this is the agency our Medicaid Service Coordinator gave us. Horrible customer care!

Our experience with the clinicians associated with this practice has been fine but your Patient Accounts Services process leaves alot to be desired. I received a statement for anesthesiology services in early October and made the grave mistake of paying our bill on time, before receiving the EOB from our insurance company. They covered the full amount and we paid our bill so UMG has been paid twice. I've been waiting for my refund since my first call on November 6, 2020....6 months as of today. Horrifically impossible to get ahold of anyone in this office to cancel my OBGYN appointment with Jennifer Simmons. Because of this issue of not getting anyone on the telephone, I was unable to reschedule an office visit which they billed me FIFTY DOLLARS for a no show penalty and then sent me to collections after I thought and believe the issue had been resolved with their office.
