I was sent a text message from Dieter that my prescription was ready. I called this location and after an hour of they not answering I hung up. I called Ysleta and I asked what medication was ready for me to pick up at Dieter since they didn't answer me at Dieter: they said they couldn't tell me. That I had to call Dieter. I was 11 or 12 weeks of being pregnant when I had Ofelia Rocha as my OBGYN doctor apparently she is just a pediatrician I believe she did not know what she was doing, she even hurt me when she checked me also she is so horrible, disrespectful, and disgustingly rude told my husband to stop helping me out even if am at high risk pregnancy. Good thing I had the help to report her. Lupita Garcia was great with my Nexplanon. So attentive and caring.
I saw Dr Hernandez for a follow up appointment from the hospital. The antibiotics were causing terrible nausea and both Dr refused to give me anti nausea medicine! Medicine which isn't even addictive. They just want me to suffer I guess. The medical field in El Paso is soarly lacking! I have never felt so unseen in my life!
