Unless you have insurance or are under the poverty guidelines expect to pay through the nose for basic services. $110 for a primary care visit is insane. I cancelled my health insurance at work since premiums rose there too so I was looking for a new primary care. I figured the county hospital would be affordable. It's not. Call around to other health care providers. They all provide much better prices. I'm glad I went so I could rest assured I made the right decision by avoiding this place. SCAM WARNING! They play so many games with billing that it is going to cost you out of pocket to come here no matter how simple of a visit you are trying to get. Especially do not do a "free" annual physical and do not do telehealth. With your free annual physical exam, they will bill it as a NEW PATIENT - COMPLEX and try to hit you for $500+. They bill everything else they can as OUTPATIENT SERVICES which causes it to not be covered by insurance at all. You will end up paying $150+ for a 15 minute phone call. It's such a sc... read more
