Was able to get fast service for our sick 9 month old. Upon arriving expect a security check and then going to the third floor to check in to there emergency room and then complete triage. The nurses asked detailed questions to under stand the issues. the doctor was knowledgeable and spent the time to explain everything to us.
My son went to the children's emergency center here at UMC and they fed him good food ,gave him a game of chess and made sure that he was well & rested before he left. My son said it felt like this was the best hospital. Since we had already left 2 other hospitals within the last 3 days.THE CHILDREN'S EMERGENCY CENTER at UMC was absolutely Awesome 👍😎👍😎 they were all friendly, patient and professional.
Very nice, listened to everything I had to say. Was very gentle and patient with my autistic son. He gets very scared and doesn’t trust anyone and they did their best with him and helped when sunrise children’s er couldn’t.
Went in the evening because my daughter fell on her arm. The nurses were very gently and super kind to her. The Doctor was super informative and helpful. Turned out she broke her wrist. All the nurses and doctors were super reassuring and helpful. They made a splint for her because she was too tiny for the ones they had. Gave us doctors notes and information all about her break and fracture. Also gave us info on the specialist to follow up with in the morning. They said she was so brave and strong. Dr. Walker was incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about him for all the excellent and extensive work he did for my kiddo. The nurses were great too. But this man deserves extra recognition and praise. Thank you from myself, my daughter, and my family.
