1 star Only because they wouldnt allow no stars. Your employee sigi or cigi was in the front desk of the ER I went into to the emergency department and just walked to the front to ask a simple question of how i can join the list to see a family member in the er she said we will call you so hence i responded where do i leave my info she said we will call you when patient volume goes down and that is understandable but how will you call me with no information as i am not the patient but a relative so than I asked her where can... read more

I went to vegas for a vacation, on the first night of our trip I experienced severe abdominal pain and nonstop vomiting for 12hrs. I went straight to ER after dropping off our luggage to the hotel to get help, pain was very bad that I cant even walk. Waited for 3-4hrs in the ER before they called me. They draw blood and stuff on me at the back and made me wait for another 3-4hrs for the result. They gave me IV cause i was so dehydrated, nausea and pain meds. Very clean but took hour and half to get processed for pre op with an appointment The entrances are all closed and no clear signs or directions of how to get in. I literally walked over 2 miles trying to get in this place and had to park a mile away because of the construction on the roads here. It’s a total unorganized mess!!!
