No procedures to diagnose .my back they said they didn't want to take the time to find what is the reason why I can't go to the bathroom number 2 and acted like I was a transformer and didn't need to look at my back
I'm sorry to say that I went in here by Google referral because I had a dental emergency on top of already lymphatic infection. I have a power port access but to use it hospital policy demand x-ray ( which I'm charged for and is discrimination for those of us who by necessity have a power port IV line). This hospital has dental school and clinic, but I was never seen by one. I have a NEW pain pump and therefore given only IV Tylenol and nothing else. I was shocked i thought it was a nice facility, i got called back in 1.5 hours, kind of small space in emergency, then sent to wait, in back didnt start calling us back for 3+hours, a lot of drama from patients, staff pretty nice.
My experience at UMC Hospital was extremely disappointing and concerning. I went to the hospital because I was suffering from severe ear pain that had become unbearable. After arriving, I waited for some time before being taken from the main waiting room. However, instead of being placed in a treatment room or even a hospital bed, I was moved to another waiting area where I remained sitting in an uncomfortable chair for hours while in significant pain.
