I love University Medical Associates and for the most part I have almost always received excellent services. My people who check people in are very cortious and friendly on the 3rd floor. The names of those people i am referring too are Patrica, Sarah, Kailey and Janai. My two nurses that are awesome are nurse Tracy and nurse Karen. Great staff! Very overwhelmed with patients but they do a great job handling it.
All around great personnel , Doctors, Nurse's and staff!!
The care I’ve received here is good, but their billing is atrocious. Charged two separate copays for a primary care visit because they bill an additional “facility charge” visit for any vaccines. 0/10 would not recommend, at least if you have Anthem/BCBS insurance.
Awful. They constantly make mistakes with my medications causing me worry, pain and extreme discomfort. The don’t seem to understand how mail order pharmacies work. Staff do not answer messages in a timely manner.
