Arrived on Monday at 11:30 with my 85 year old mother for her 11:40 appointment only to be told her appointment was at 11 a.m. and that it would have to be rescheduled. Never mind that we had driven 60 miles for the appointment and I had driven an additional 60 miles to pick her up. Understand there must be guidelines in place but surely there is sometimes a need for an exception.
Been a patient of Dr West and he is the BEST. He is very caring and takes up time with you, not in a rush. Highly recommend Dr West
So happy to hear my mama is now seeing my old (he's not old, she even said he's cute! lol) Dr in Augusta now. I saw him for 10 years before I moved. Her PCP retired so she had to find a new one. I talked to her today to see how her visit went and she told me who it was and I was like omg, no way! Hes the best!! I'd still be going to him if I hadn't moved!! She had a coughing spell in his office yesterday and he sat with her for an hr holding her hand calming her down and getting her oxygen under control! Exactly why I loved ... read more
