Live here for about a year, A/C broke in the middle of summer while i had a 4 year old and a newborn. Landlord would not fix it, kept saying that's just as cold as it gets. It was 96 in the house and we were pouring sweat. Moved out after a month of no a/c. Did see the place next door getting a new a.c unit installed though but of been nice.
