This place is horribly managed. In the one year that I have lived here there have been three property managers, one of which got into my neighbors apartment without permission to enter, damaged their toilet, and left muddy footprints inside the apartment. They refuse to take money orders due to "company policy," yet if that was the case I shouldn't have been able to move in due to both my security deposit and my first three months rent being paid through money order.
