They ripped off my 19 yr old daughter,and 2 yr old granddaughter. Charger her 125$ for application,then said she doesn't have enough credit, They should give this young girl and baby their money back,but greed is bad, University landing is a rip off,save your money
If you are looking for a safe, friendly environment for your college student, this is not it. The office staff seems nice and friendly upfront. We were very excited to let our daughter live in these apartments for her first year of college. They are very close to campus and what we thought was a safe location. In the year that she lived there her car was towed (mind you we paid for a $100 parking pass to park in their lot!) .
