Pa Sanneh was my salesman and he was great. He helped show me the cars I was interested in and then was able to get me the exact car (make/features/color) I wanted at a competitive price. My only minor complaint was that it seemed like most of the salespeople were quite busy so they couldn't always respond quickly. Maybe they wouldn't be quite as busy if it weren't the end of the month.
This was the best car purchase experience to date. The team was supportive, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the discussions. No pressure, more collaborative. I am particularly impressed with the in-house expertise on EVs.
Excellent buying experience—highly recommended. Nice people all around, but Jessica and Pa went above and beyond to make me feel valued and never pressured me in any way.
