왜 여기가 평점이 좋은지 모르겠네요! 지난 주말에 왔을 때 분명 저희에게 제시한 가격이 있었고 그 가격에 구입하려고 다시 왔는데, 갑자기 2000 달러를 더 달라고 하네요. 그리고 최종 사인을 할 때 갑자기 또 700 달러를 올려버렸습니다. 시간 낭비, 감정낭비하지 마시고 다른 곳으로 가시는걸 추천합니다.

Called last week to make appointment for a recall, confirmed parts would be ordered and in. Went in today, guess what? NO PARTS. Alexis told me Kia wouldn’t let them order until the car was there. Well no one told me that last week and how would Kia know where the car is? The recall is to fix their mistake in the first place. Complete waste of my workday. Now I’m supposed to go back in 2 days when parts arrive.

I wish I could rate this place with zero stars. I reached out the night before to confirm an appointment, then drove 45-50 minutes on the highway only to receive a text from Jessica saying someone had come in unannounced to look at the truck I was interested in. After committing two hours to this trip, I found the situation incredibly frustrating. This experience wasted both my time and gas money.
