I would give it 0 stars. The service advisor was extremely rude and unhelpful when asked why it would take 10 days to even look at my vehicle after an appointment was made well in advance. This delay was not discussed when the appointment was made. It wasn't the fact that it would take 10 days but more of the attitude I was given for having the audacity to ask why, at a minimum, the vehicle wasn't diagnosed. You would be financially better off. Go to Decatur. Bramlett Kia fianced my Kia on my terms in 2 hours. University Kia could not do the same in 3 days.
Was told earlier this year that Saturdays were first come first service for oil changes and it's best to make an appointment for Mon-Fri. Today, I'm told they have 21 appointments and would "try to get me in by the end of the day". Will not be back, could have saved myself the hour and almost 100 miles and just gone to Valvoline on my town.
