My recent visit to the University Kia Service Department started off a little rocky — it took nearly 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my arrival, and I eventually had to step out of my car to get someone’s attention. I’m giving one star because it’s required. I purchased the warranty that includes TIRE ROTATION and oil changes. We noticed my front tires are WAY more worn than my back tires— which means these incompetent people have NOT been rotating my tires. This has caused me to require new tires. Bro don't go here. So long story short I set up an appt 3 weeks ago. Today was my appt. They said it would be 20 days for a diagnosis due to them being low staffed. So in addition to waiting to be ween for about 3 weeks, I would also have to wait 3 more weeks to know something. Yeah I'm trying Decatur. This is garbage
