Bro don't go here. So long story short I set up an appt 3 weeks ago. Today was my appt. They said it would be 20 days for a diagnosis due to them being low staffed. So in addition to waiting to be ween for about 3 weeks, I would also have to wait 3 more weeks to know something. Yeah I'm trying Decatur. This is garbage

Horrible experience at this service dept! they’ve had my car for nearly a month now to do warranty work on it. It’s still there! Not even in the queue for service. The part they had to order is in but they still have to install it! Long wait time on hold too. I’ll never buy another vehicle from University Kia. Their customer service all around has gone downhill. Don’t believe the commercials!
Today I had the worst experience. I originally had an appointment with the service department. I was late for appointment, due to the sale department trying to make a sale. The manager and sales representative pushed me off like trash when they could not make commission off of me. I had to ask for my keys back and had to find my own way to the service department.
