These people are absolutely useless after 5 shoulder surgeries I'm obviously on pain meds my script runs out on a Sunday I call for a refill they don't call it in so maybe Monday or Tuesday ill get some relief - my last appointment they start looking into palliative care for long term chronic pain management palliative care requires a referral so I call to get that these retards tell me to get it from my gp who has no dealings with my shoulder at all also after my last surgery my surgeon informed my wife that his staff does... read more
This has been a horrible experience!!! My wife saw Dr. Igram and was told that there wasn't anything on her MRI or X-ray that indicated the cause of her lower back/leg pain. They wanted to try a steroid injection and not only did it take a month to get the appointment, but Dr Igram did not explain anything about the procedure, where the injection would be done, why he felt that was the best approach, and what steroid they would be using.
