TL;DR: Terrible. I feel bad for anyone who rents for them. Landlord, Malissa, is super kind!! Owner is absolutely rude and unprofessional Beware! DO NOT LIVE at 2381 Wheeler Street. Rent is 712.50 a month for a small 2bd/2th apartment, meanwhile the neighbor below us lives in a really nice 1bd/1bth below us and only pays around 850 a month. Owner is extremely rude and landlord is out of the picture. Building inspection came and issued orders to fix their multiple code violations. Zero stars...Terrible landlord!
I was a bit nervous living here after reading the negative reviews, but I can speak very positively about my experience living at the 201 Emming St. property. The place is old and does have its share of flaws, but the landlord Malissia is super nice and I've never had any issues with the management. Every time I have a problem I can contact her for help and she is always kind and understanding and does whatever she can to try to help.
