Care about your patients and their time, let them know that they will be hit with a separate extra large bill from IPG if they are getting a trial pain stimulator, instead of being surprised after being told you only owe $150.00 on day of surgery. Also try what other outpatient clinics do, call and check on the patient the next day. This is the only place that I have never received a follow up call from.
