They will likely not see you if you are sick. If you call to make an appointment they will “put a message in with the nurse” and never call you back or wait the entire day to call you back. The receptionist told me they are limited with appointments so they have vet the seriousness of the symptoms before they determine if they will make an appointment for you. Seriously find a different doctor.
Predatory pricing. Went for an annual physical, and they charged for an outpatient visit because of an elevated vital that I was already aware of and treating elsewhere. I wasn’t given any consultation, prescriptions, just a 10 minute physical that I am now paying out of pocket for, and it’s not a small balance. Billing is unwilling to change the coding or consider that the visit was coded incorrectly. It was my first time visiting the practice today and I am very impressed. It took a long time to get in for the initial appointment (which is an issue with any medical practice out there right now) but it was definitely worth the wait. I had a very pleasant experience from the front desk, to the nurse, to NP Kate Dolan, and finally the phlebotomist. Everyone was very friendly and polite and I left feeling like my concerns were heard and will be addressed.
Receptionist team is a bunch of clowns. Edit 5/9/24: I sent a letter outlining my frustrations. The letter also indicated I would not be returning to the practice. I did not receive a response to my letter, however I did receive formal discharge paperwork. This clearly defines the level of attention you can expect from the staff. Don't waste your time.
